At Tiger Rock we believe in training for our Journey both as a martial artist and as a citizen. The 15 levels of our belt rank system symbolize the steps we take to develop the skills that allow us to RISE to every occasion, transforming the world around us for good.
Like most things in life we must first CHOOSE the path that we are willing to take and COMMIT to see the journey through until the end.
During our journey we must maintain the desire to grow both personally and professionally. We can accomplish this by maintaining you focus on the right people information, be confident to believe in our own ambitions, and practice the actions that move us in the right direction.
While the journey to black belt and beyond is long and has many obstacles, our training provides us with opportunities, abilities, and responsibilities to transform ourselves and the world around us. It is what we do with this training through action that will ultimately determine just how high our #R15E can be. We offer TaeKwonDo and fitness programs for all Ages starting at 3.5 years old. Tiger Cubs (3-6 years old) Juniors (6-11 years old) Youth (11-15years old) Adults (16-75+ years old) Strength & Conditioning (14-75 years old)
Classes: We offer Teen Lessons 5 days each week and recommend that all students attend a minimum of 2 lessons each week. Teen's are however invited to attend as many classes as they wish weekly. All Teen TaeKwonDo Lessons are 50-60 minutes in length. Please see the class schedule below to get more detailed info on exact class times and their locations.
